Vehicle Storage Lot
Our ballroom accommodates up to 120 guests. Features include a full kitchen, banquet tables, and chairs. Please note pool and patio are not included in rental.
Keep your trailers, boats, and recreational vehicles secure in our fenced, 24/7 access lot. Features active gate access control, perimeter lighting, and cameras.
Rate: $985 per day plus a refundable $750 security deposit. Bookings must be requested at least 3 weeks in advance. Availability is first-come, first-served.

Complete a ballroom rental request form and send it via email to ensure that we have all the needed information to process your request efficiently.
Once approved, submit your room rental fee and deposit to confirm your reserved date. This is completed via an emailed payment link.
To view our venue, please email us to schedule a convenient time and date. We are eager to show you the room, kitchen, tables, and chairs available for use, and discuss any other needs you may have for your occasion. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions!
